Lifestyle Distribution Policies

Lifestyle Distribution is a wholesale distributor of sugar free, gluten free and diabetic-friendly products serving retail Natural Products and specialty-need outlets throughout the United States and Canada. We make no sales to individuals or non-health related businesses. 

Business Hours:

  • Orders accepted by phone toll free 877.837.9010 between 9 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday Eastern Standard Time.
  • Orders accepted by Fax 404.348.0167 or email to marcy [at] lifestyledistribution [dot] com 24 hours a day / 7 days per week
  • Most orders are shipped by UPS
  • Most orders ship within 24 hours
  • Large orders shipped by Common Carrier, our choice.

Minimum Order:

  • $ 150 minimum purchase.
  • Orders less than $85 will not be processed.

Freight Charges:

Orders Up to $300 $10 Shipping Cost
Orders $300 - $500 $20 Shipping Cost
Orders $500 - $700 $25 Shipping Cost
Orders over $700 Free Shipping
  • Freight charges are based on your shipping total and not your order total.

Additional Freight Information:

  • C.O.D. orders incur an additional fee of $9.00.
  • If your store lies in a residential area (according to UPS or Common Carrier) we must add a residential delivery fee of $2 per box if sent by UPS or exact surcharge as determined by Common Carrier.
  • On Truck Shipments, we will pay for standard delivery. Any additional services required by Retailer, at the time the order is placed, will be the customer’s responsibility. Examples: Lift-Gate, Off-Load, In-Store Delivery etc.

Backorders:

  • We do not automatically ship backorders
  • Items on Monthly Promotions are limited and we cannot always honor the special price.
  • Please order sale items early to avoid disappointment.

Prices:

  • Due to supplier and transportation cost increases, ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
  • A confirmation of your order and prices can be faxed or emailed to you as requested.
  • Lifestyle Distribution is not responsible for typographical errors.
  • Terms and Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

  • PayPal Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • C.O.D. Company Check with prior approval.
  • C.O.D. fee $9.00 per order.
  • PayPal payments will receive a 1% discount.
  • There is a $30 service charge on all returned checks. A charge of 33.33% will be added to all invoices that are placed for collections.
  • If a Returned Check occurs for any reason, all future orders will only be considered by PayPal or Credit Card only.

RETURN / CREDIT / SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Please count your boxes carefully before you sign for them. Once signed for, we have no recourse for box shortages.
  • Please call any order discrepancies, damage or problems into our office WITHIN 48 hours from receipt of order.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance by our Customer Service Department.
  • Photographs of all orders are taken before shipment leaves the Lifestyle Distribution warehouse for your protection.
  • No credit will be issued for any returns not authorized by Lifestyle Distribution.
  • Invoice Numbers and Date of Purchase are required for all returns.
  • All returns must be in SALEABLE CONDITION, without price tags, glue residue, security strips or markings of any kind, to receive credit.
  • Please be sure to pack returns properly so that they do not become damaged on return.
  • Product damaged on return shipment will not be issued credit.
  • Saleable returns will be issued a credit memo within 30 days of receipt of approved returned merchandise to be applied on next invoice.
  • Discontinued Items, Close Outs and Displays are not eligible for credit.
  • Call Tag Pick Up only available on returns due to Lifestyle Distribution error.
  • Any returns based on OBJECTIONABLE INGREDIENTS* WILL NOT be issued credit. Please check ingredients with Salesperson before ordering.
  • Customer will be responsible for returning any merchandise not due to Lifestyle Distribution error. UPS call tag service will be available at the customer’s expense.
  • 15% Restocking fee will be assessed on all returns not due to Lifestyle Distribution error.
  • Lifestyle Distribution can not drop ship to third parties.
*OBJECTIONABLE INGREDIENTS
May contain ingredients that are not compatible with your store’s policies; I.E. Sucralose, Artificial Coloring etc. Please check with your Salesperson before ordering.
